Superintendent Finance and Leadership Collaborative
Want to strengthen your financial leadership while learning alongside a small, trusted cohort of fellow superintendents?
EDX Consulting is partnering with sister company LiftED to offer the Superintendent Finance & Leadership Collaborative — a practical, discussion-based experience designed to strengthen financial knowledge, leadership capacity, and professional connections.
Each cohort is limited to eight superintendents, creating an environment where participants can ask real questions, learn from one another, and work through the financial and leadership challenges they are facing in their districts.
The Collaborative includes ten monthly, two-hour online sessions, with each session intentionally structured around:
60 minutes of training and coaching — practical school finance and leadership topics
45 minutes of collaboration and execution — applying the learning to real district situations and decisions
15 minutes of cohort support — helping one member think through a current leadership challenge
Topics will include budgeting and financial clarity, multi-year forecasting, cash flow and sustainability, staffing and resource decisions, audit and compliance readiness, board communication, and other timely issues identified by cohort members.
Program Investment: $3,000
Finance may be the entry point, but the larger goal is to help superintendents become more confident, informed, and sustainable leaders.
